Gorgeous lake front condo , 15 minutes from Selkirk College and Downtown Castlegar. Close to lots of Recreation. This is perfect for someone wanting to have a quiet space to study. You must have your own transportation. The drive to the condos is beautiful, but public transit does not come out to the condos, so must have your own vehicle. I also have 3 very friendly cats that you need to be ok with. My place is kept very clean.
