-Looking for a male roommate who is clean
-no smoking allowed

-5 min walk from Renfrew Skytrain station and 2-3 min walk from 99 B-Line. 10 mins away from downtown Vancouver and 1-2 min walk from bus 16
-Walmart, Superstore, Tim Hortons, Mexican food, Fried chicken place, Asian restaurant all within a 5 min walk
-House sits on a hill over looking the city
